The demo team on Tuesday of Alonzo, Anthony, and Shiraz were super great. Very friendly, kind, and respectful. They had no problem with our specific requests (taking the debris out through the large exterior windows instead of coming through the house with, extra removal of some additional debris in the room, etc.) and performed great work. They communicated directly with me about what they found and what they thought next steps would be for me (getting a contractor to replace the rotted wood in certain areas). And they left the room very clean and ready for the next phase of work.
Hopefully we won't have any further water damage or mold problems, but if we do we will happily use SERVPRO of Renton again!"
